It’s always exciting to work with a client who wants creativity vs. something corporate. This building was seeking to lease office space to either financial or creative tenants, so a fully custom piece of art (done in Illustrator) was created that boldly targeted both audiences. The building's well known sculpture - the Noguchi Cube - is part of the logo, and the headline is a double play on that as well as the fact that the building is ideal for different tenant types.
