250 Hudson / Resnick

This commercial building in the hot neighborhood of Hudson Square NYC needed a refresh in the marketplace as it had several floors available. While it didn't boast many amenities, its great location along with its landscaped rooftop and working bee colony set it apart. Those two differentiating features were played up in the colors, graphics and "everything is buzzing over here" headline, which nodded towards the bees and the neighborhood.
