This historic building had such a unique story to tell, setting it apart from many of the anonymous glass buildings in the area. In its "past life" as a beacon of entertainment, it drew huge crowds with events like Houdini and his disappearing elephant. A deep dive in into the NYC public archives allowed the tales to be told, along with historic pictures that brought them to life in the space. Now that it's office space with availabilities, this low-budget marketing suite used bright colorful graphics reminiscent of its marquee past along with 3D items - even an elephant head - to wow visitors and tell the story of the building, past and present.
