Retail signage + interactivity for a space in NYC

This client asked to create storefront retail signage to attract a tenant as well as brighten up windows that were looking dark and unwelcoming in this neighborhood. Bubble thoughts, as if neighborhood residents were imagining what they wanted in the space, became the primary message. A QR code encouraged residents to vote on what type of business they'd like to see there, and hundreds to votes were collected. The client was able to take the data and efficiently target grocers and gyms in their marketing.
