This boutique building is situated in an outstanding NYC location, and rarely has space available as a result. When a few floors became open and they needed advertising, it raised the question of what things in life are truly rare... or not? And maybe, space in this building was more rare than items we consider limited luxuries. Not using any typical building imagery, and instead using unexpected objects made this mailer stand out to the real estate brokerage community.
