Mailer for an office building in Brooklyn, NY

The fact that this building stands at the corner of Fulton and Flatbush - two major thoroughfares - positioned it as prime office space. This crossroads idea influenced the logo, where the X stands out - and also informed the functionality of this piece. A diamond shape fold, with the side panels just slightly smaller than the inside, made an X shape visible from the front.
